In 2000 Corzine created a History by buying a US Senate Seat for $63 mil spent out of over $400 mil bounty he got from Goldman Sachs in a kick out by Henry Paulson who latter presided over the biggest theft of over $3 trillion by Wall Street Thugs as US Treasury Secretary.

In 2005 Corzine again created a History by trading his US Senate SEAT by spending another $85 mil for a BED in the state House of NJ while flirting with state Labor Union leader Carla Katz. Corzine converted cities like Newark, Paterson, Irvington etc into his Campaign Head Quarter with festivity looks in every nook & corner. He donated liberally to all the Churches in these towns decorated with his pictures and practically hired at least 1 member from each family as Poll worker. Corzine created a history by arranging over 97% polling in Irvington.

Inspired from Corzine’s success story of buying Public Office with money & influence paddling; Obama bought White House for almost a $1 billion in 2008 with all kinds of money including money raised for him by thugs from Wall Street, Big Law Firms, Hollywood & ACORN besides raising money created Obama voters.

In 2005 current governor of New Jersey then Senator Jon Corzine also cut a deal for Hispanic votes that if elected Governor he will appoint a quasi- criminal political racketeer Bob Menendez for his remaining US Senate term and will fund his re-election also along with a another appointment for a quasi-criminal Hispanic Zulima Farber as Attorney General of NJ whom his predecessor Democrat Gay Gov Jim McGreevy refused to appoint on the Supreme Court. Jon Corzine kept all of his 3 promises including funding the re-election of Senator Menendez.

Recently Illinois governor Rod Blogojevich was indicted and impeached for trading President Obama’s Senate Seat. He has been made into a Poster Boy of corruption by MSM. Where as Jon Corzine got away with similar and even bigger crimes even under the tenure of Chris Christie as US Attorney because of Zionist control on American Politics, Main Stream Media, Banking & Law Enforcement. Poor Rod Blagojevich has been punished for not having clout of that magnitude like Corzine’s.

Chris Christy does not have Corzine’s clout & money to match him in buying Hispanic or African American votes as well as media time. If Christie can do like Obama who got into that kind of clout & money by manipulation & displacing their darlings Hillary & McCain then Corzine is in real trouble; sure to lose election by double digit margin. Right now Christie is ahead by 2-4 points only which a swindler like Corzine can easily manipulate with his money & clout during the final phase of campaigning.

New Jerseyans if they are happy with organized legalized corruption they should vote for a immoral swindler Jon Corzine to lead them to further miseries as Governor; if they are interested in small government and more ethics to clean NJ from devils like Corzine they will vote for Christie in November 2009.

I make a humble appeal to all conservative Republicans who believe in small government and more ethics to defeat Bagota Don Lonegan on June 2nd Primaries. Lonegan is a big supporter of small towns if he is elected Governor he will break up 566 Municipalities into more than 1,000 Municipalities to create employment for Politicians, Attorneys and their friends. It is an open secret that 32% of the NJ population lives in 29 colored towns and rest 68% in 537 predominantly white towns. 90% of the population lives in Urban Areas and NJ is the only state with all Counties classified as Metropolitan Areas. NJ has the highest population density 1030 people/sq miles; which is 15 times the US national average. More than 90% of the Municipalities can not be considered as viable business corporation from the economies of scale view point.

Out of the 566 Towns in NJ, 411 Towns are in less than 2 sq miles or with less than 10,000 residents. Out of that 212 towns have less population than the day time combine population of students & staff of 5,845 in a Colored Elizabeth High School . If one further break it down 34 Towns are with less than 5,000 residents, 34 Towns with less than 4,000 residents, 49 Towns with less than 3,000 residents, 48 Towns with less than 2,000 residents and 27 Towns are with less than 1,000 residents. The smallest town is Walpack with 35 and largest is Newark with 285,000 residents.

Unfortunately all of these towns have elected scoundrels posing as Mayors, Council members, School Board Superintendents, Attorneys & Members, Municipal Judges, Prosecutors, Defenders, Town Attorneys, Clerks, Administrators, Zoning Board Attorneys, Police Chiefs, Dy Chiefs, Fire Chiefs, Dy Chiefs besides host of other under worked & over paid scoundrels appointed for political reasons.

NJ has more than 9,000 elected scoundrels and over 400,000 over paid employees with no work or very little work in 8,000 sq miles for 8.5 million residents posing as 588 Governments. These elected scoundrels can have more than 1 elected job as well as a city or county or state job. Prime example is Democrat Nicholas Sacco who is state Senator since 1994 and is also the Mayor of N. Bergen since 1991. Then he is on the N. Bergen Township Commission since 1985 and is also the Assistant Superintendent of N. Bergen Board of Education. After retirement he will be collecting 4 pensions. 2 Elected Office or State or Federal Jobs are banned in 38 other states of USA because of conflict of interest. In Indiana , holding 2 offices is a Class D Felony, on Par with illegal Drug possession and punishable by up to 3 years in prison.

Even the employees can have multiple jobs in multiple towns. Prime example is Damian Murray municipal court Judge for 8 towns in Ocean County with a combine salary of $320,439.00. After retirement Murray will be collecting 8 pensions. Damian Murray is making more than the Chief Justice of America and about $80,000.00 less than Barack Obama’s $400,000.00 salary as President of America.

Indian Capital Delhi for 15 Million residents has only 374 Elected Officials and aprx. 175,000 employees as compared to over 9,000 Elected officials & 400,000 employees in NJ for 8.5 Million residents. For 3,035 Schools Delhi has 1 Education Director as compared to NJ’s 651 over staffed School Superintendent offices for 2,419 Schools. Pre Independence India in 12.6 Million Sq Miles used to have 600 Princely Kingdoms for 450 million residents and NJ in 8,000 Sq miles has 566 Princely Kingdoms with 8.5 Million subjects/residents under 566 Dons posing as Mayors along with their Gang Members. Then these Dons are controlled by another 21 Senior Dons posing as County Governments who have unevenly divided among them selves 566 Princely Estates. Then we have a Super Don the Governor who is allowing them to do all kinds of financial crimes legally in the name of “Home Rule” which is nothing but legally organized “Gang Rule” by Political Gangsters of NJ.

Dishonestly Unionized Gangsters posing as Democrat & Republican Leaders always justify NJ’s 587 Local Governments by comparing it with 1,908 Local govt. of Wisconsin . They never mention that Wisconsin ’s Area is 65,498 sq miles vs. NJ’s 8,721 sq miles, Population Density 1 Person per 98.8 sq miles vs. NJ’s 1030 Persons per sq miles which is 15 times the US national average. Mathematically on account of Area NJ can have 261.63 local governments if you factor in Density this number drops to 26.16 and now add in population factor Wisconsin’s 5.6 mil vs. NJ’s 8.5 mil; the maximum Local Governments NJ can have is 39 where as NJ has 587.

Even New York City for 8.2 mil residents has 52 Elected Post & 1 Police Commissioner against NJ’s over 9,000 Elected Post and more than 550 Police Chiefs for 8.5 mil resident inmates.

Try to find another state in the entire world with 8.5 mil residents living in 8,000 miles having more than 1 Elected official & 50 Employees per sq mile under 588 governments with a Budget of $35 Billion for state and another $38 Billion for 587 Local Governments with a current deficit of over $150 billion including unfunded liabilities. Then 566 racially segregated Kingdoms of NJ are with uneven area and uneven population ranging from 285,000 for a colored town with all kinds of problems and 35 people in a white town. Jewel in the crown NJ has 250,000 children in 31 colored School Districts who can not read and write. NJ Media and Politicians says they can't comprehend in basic education! Despite the fact NJ has the highest cost in the world $19,000.00 to educate a student in rich districts and $28,000.00 in poor districts. We still call our selves most advanced, highly educated, most affluent Democracy United States of America.

If residents of NJ are hoping Bagota Don Steve Lonegan to cut down the number of local gangs then they are for a surprise; he may close down 1-2 state departments but increase the number of local gangs by breaking up Municipalities because of his obsession for so called Home Rule and small Towns. At least Chris Christie has been openly saying he will ban Dual Office holding and he is in favor of consolidating Local governments with the help of the residents.

On June 2ND vote for Chris Christie in the Republican Primaries and defeat Bagota Don Steve Lonegan to save New Jersey from political criminals posing as our Leaders.

Barack Hussain Obama an attorney by profession has yet to complete his first term in Club 100 Elite US Senate. Belongs to a very rich, politically well connected ferocious fraternity of 880,000 Licensed Liars (Lawyers) who have made America legally corrupt and legally racist. 80,000 of them alone are in 8,000 sq miles New Jersey which is world’s most corrupt & racist state with 9,000 Elected officials in 588 governments in 566 Princely Estates for 8.5 million subjects. Obama who claims to be a Civil Right Lawyer, in 10 years of active license in Illinois never handled a Trial and mostly worked in teams of lawyers who drew up briefs and contracts in all cases. He entered politics by becoming an Illinois Senator and winning his first election Un-apposed by having his lawyers knock all his opponents off the Ballot on flimsy technicalities.

Obama is not the first politician to rise through a totally corrupt political machine of America run by unionized corrupt politicians, big businesses, media & judiciary. But he will certainly go down in the history to be the first one who has the audacity to present himself as President of America; with no character, convictions, ideology and principles. His ability to do that clearly proves; economic, political, business, religious & social leaders have failed the American public. If he takes over as Commander in Chief in January they will be remembered as axis of evil not Obama who will make America most liberal welfare state & heaven for shady elites in the world.

No one is paying attention how Obama has reached to the top by starting his political carrier with money from the convicted felon slum lord Tony Rezko, advancing it in home of a unrepentant domestic terrorist William Ayers all in the guidance of race-baiting Rev. Jeremiah Wright of “God damn America” fame and Al Farrakhan who called whites “blue-eyed devils” and the Antichrist. It is hard to think of any presidential candidate in America ’s 232 years history before Barack Obama sporting associations with criminals, terrorist, mobsters racist, druggies and other shady characters and still openly denying that they had no influence on him!

To advance his professional and political carrier Obama has never hesitated to associate with shady characters and to accept shady money or to preside over $50 million Education grant arranged by a 60’s terrorist Bill Ayers. Obama further raised another $60 million not to raise the Test scores of the children but to radicalize them with Bill Ayers anti-America ideology. This is the philosophy of Obama all grants for Education must be routed through middlemen like him and Bill Ayers even if they have nothing to do with the education of the students.

Obama is closely associated with a radical group ACORN who is in the news for last so many years for Voter Registration frauds for phantom voters who does not exist or getting multiple registrations for the same voter. Obama found all such characters useful that can financially and professionally benefit him. He used them thoroughly and if the need of the hour is; to disassociate himself from such people or to lie about such associations for political expediency, he has done it without any hesitation. The prime example is Rev Jeremiah Wright whom he dumped after 20 years of association and Bill Ayers became just another guy in his neighborhood during his presidential campaign; in his quest for US Presidency. Obama is a ruthless liar with no character, convictions and principles who is willing to do or say any thing to achieve his personal dreams.

I don’t think any one has any problem with people converting from Hinduism to Christianity and Islam or Christian converting to Islam or vice versa. Unlike Christian convert Gov Bobby Jindal of Louisiana who has never said he was never a Hindu and his parents are not practicing Hindus, Obama has been shouting from every sky rappers of America, he has never been a Muslim, was not raised a Muslim and is a committed Christian. Where as fact of the matter is in Muslims, if your father is a Muslim, you are a Muslim. That is the reason his father gave him a name Hussein. Then he had prayed in mosque and celebrated Muslim festivals together with his Muslim step father. For which no one should have any objections. Obama also attended Islamic religious study classes, has knowledge of Koran & Muslim prayers still he is denying being a Muslim in the past or accepting he is a recent Christian convert because it does not suit him politically. His hatred for his own Muslim past, his own Muslim father, his Muslim step father and Islam is beyond any sensible person’s understanding. There is nothing wrong if one is a Muslim because Islam is a religion practiced by over 1.4 billion people around the world. Obama by denying his Muslim past is insulting all those people in America and around the world who are practicing Islam.

Obama has admitted taking drugs and hanging out with others who were known to take drugs in High School. He has a very simple explanation for all this in his book, “Dreams from My Father” (or Step Father whom he hates probably for being a Muslims) that he took marijuana and cocaine in part because of questions his race presented. After that he got hooked to cigarettes which he quit just before entering the Presidential Race; a good reason to quit smoking for a past drug & cigarette addict, an opportunist and a habitual liar!

Coming to Obama’s billion dollar campaign, seven of the Obama campaign’s top 14 donors consisted of officers and employees of the same Wall Street firms Goldman Sachs, UBS, AG, Lehman Brothers, JPM Chase, Morgan Stanley, Citi Group & Credit Suisse charged time and again with looting the public in the name of Junk Bonds, Dot Com, Enron with energy derivatives. Recently accused of looting the public thru crafty debt derivatives and making Pulse only real estate Loans as well as price gauging of basic commodities by his 8th big donor commodity speculator & hedge fund manager Citadel Investment Group. These latest Wall Street Frauds have brought financial meltdown to a magnitude never seen before all over the world.

These recent Wall Street frauds have eaten up more than 40% of middle class & poor’s retirement and savings in less than a year. Has left thousands of children in some of America ’s largest minority communities especially African Americans and Hispanics coming home from school to see eviction notices and foreclosure signs nailed to their front doors. It is an open secret Obama also got millions from practically bankrupt Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac holding the bulk of the fraudulent mortgages in America . The homeless children are also experiencing cut down in their food intake because of price gauging by commodity speculators & hedge fund managers like Citadel Investment group. These scars will last a lifetime and Obama who claims himself Champion of minorities is unfazed with these revelations.

The other 6 Obama Campaign top donors are 5 large Corporate Law Firms who are also registered as Lobbyist; Austin LLP, Jenner & Block, Kirkland & Ellis, Skadden, Arps, et al & Wilmerhale. The sixth not registered as lobbyist but does legal work for Wall Street. Obama took money from the partners of Mayer-Brown who is defending Merrill Lynch in court against charges of Racial discrimination.

Coming to Obama’s political suaveness; he has a checkered record of 129 Present only votes in Illinois Senate rather than Yes or No on important issues to avoid controversial decisions that could be used against him later. Most notably Obama opposed Legislative efforts in 2001, 2002 & 2003 to give legal protection to any aborted fetus that showed signs of life; by denouncing on the issue of human life. Equally colorful is his US Senate record of more than 340 absents. Only one of the measures Obama sponsored as US Senator was enacted; a bill to promote relief, security and democracy in the Democratic Republic of Congo! Obama also voted Yes for the Class Action Fairness Act of 2005. 16 Democrats including Hillary Clinton and his running mate Joe Biden voted against it. 14 State Attorney General including his Home State Illinois’s Lisa Madigon had written to the Senate & House to stop this Corporate giveaway. US Congress also received passionate opposing pleas from over 40 Civil Rights & Labor Organizations including NAACP, ACLU, HRC etc that under Class Action Fairness Act of 2005 citizens are denied the right to use their own state Courts to bring Class Action against corporations that violate state wage & hour and state civil rights laws, even where that corporation has hundreds of employees in that state. Moving these state law cases into Federal Court will delay and likely deny justice for working men and women of discrimination. Federal courts are less likely to certify classes or provide relief for violations of state laws.

This anti consumer & civil rights legislation involved 5 years of pressure from Fortune 100 corporations and millions of dollars spent by these firms to buy influence in US Congress. A business alliance “The Civil Justice Reform Group” of these very Fortune 100 firms was instrumental in drafting the Class Action Bill. How come Obama an attorney by profession was not aware of such a Mega Million Dollar Free Distribution scheme going on for last 5 years for the Elite like him by the Fortune 100 Corporations?

Barack Obama with all the above facts still has the sanity and honesty to make such public statements to the Media, “Washington lobbyist haven’t funded my campaign, they will not drown out the voices of working Americans when I am President.”

Obama rather than keeping a distance or not accepting money from Washington Lobbyist has been sleeping and brainstorming with them along with his entire Campaign & Political Advisors Team on their money though out his political carrier. That is the reason the main stream media which is owned by the Masters of Washington Lobbyist has never tried to vet their compromising bedmate Obama with no character, convictions and principles as future President of America.

A person who wants to vote for Obama as US President by trusting the main stream Media they must think hard it is the same media and same reporters who are more responsible for the present Financial Meltdown around the world. They failed to even give a slight hint that your retirement & life savings will depreciate by over 40% in less than a year. They failed to educate you that it was Democrat President Bill Clinton who is the father of this monster child Financial Meltdown.

Clinton with his Community Redevelopment Act opened the path to advance Candy/Home Loans to those who can not afford them & his Commodity Futures Modernization Act. allowed Wall Street to create crafty debts like RMBS’s, CDO’s, CDPC’s & CLO’s etc which can not be priced even by these Wall Street thugs who created them by repackaging shady debts. Recently Merrill Lynch sold these kind of debts for $0.7 to $1.00. This is also a fact that Republican President George Bush is the step father of this monster child; who brought & raised it like his own; in full view of the so called mainstream American Media, business leaders, elite business school scholars & economist and unionized corrupt politicians.

Liberal Obama’s dangerous mix of poor judgments aligning with mobsters, terrorist & racist individuals and vast inexperience, tendency to lie can be very fatal for our generations to come if he is elected President of America. Those who argue that the other choice John McCain is also bad, I fully agree with them. But try to understand who should be blamed for these bad choices? The American people who have allowed them selves to be governed by unionized corrupt politicians, big businesses, media and judiciary are to be blamed.

To save America from further moral, ethical and financial bankruptcy; let the least worst man be the President of America for next 4 years. McCain is that man with more acceptable record of basic character and accomplishments than Obama out of the 2 worst choices Americans have in November elections. We Americans must rise to correct our flawed financial & political system where CEO’s can make millions even if the company is heading for bankruptcy and a thug Jon Corzine from Wall Street can buy a US Senate seat for $64 million and then trade it for a Bed in the Governor House of New Jersey state by spending another $85 million of money stolen from public and a radical Liberal Barack Obama with no character, convictions and principles with Washington Lobbyist money can come close to the shouting distance of American Presidency.

America under the Seige of an Elite Club

AMERICA UNDER THE SEIGE OF AN ELITE CLUB

Pro Israeli Wall Street, Hollywood & Big Media & Corporations are controlling the US Congress and all the 50 states. Oil Companies are making $10 million per hour, Hedge Fund Managers making $10 million per Day and big Corporation CEO’s are making over $1,700.00-$2,000.0 per hour. 500 CEO’s of 500 American Companies in 2007 collectively made $6.4 Billion which average out $12.8 million per CEO. Where as around the world 2.8 billion people are living in dire poverty and are making less than $2 a day. These members of Elite Club gets $1 million to $350 million pay packages, $1 million to $87 million year end bonuses and $1 million to $350 million Exit Packages which is to leave the company. With these kinds of financial incentives they still have the sanity to flush their Companies into toilets for example Enron & Bear Stern.

Recently due to Sub Prime looses the US Gov has swapped $400 billion of this Elite Club’s Mortgage Backed Securities & Derivatives with preferential government Loans and government securities with Tax Payers Money; rather than sending the guilty to jails. Even the UK Government has swapped $100 billion worth of Bank Mortgage Backed Securities & Derivatives with Government Securities. These Bankers Securities & Derivatives are not even fit to be used as Toilet Paper. When the US Government is not punishing those who have done Financial Scams to the tune of over $600 billions; how it can be trusted that they are serious in bringing reforms the way US government operates?

I am a small Check Casher in New Jersey licensed by the same Banking & Insurance Department which supervises & regulate Elite Club Members making $20- $350 million plus perks. The only difference is that my fee is regulated by BID from $1% to 2% of the face value of the check (welfare or payroll) for the last 15 years. In the mean time my Bank Service Charges (Interest on borrowing not included) has gone up from $235 to $2,000.00 per month, Banking License from $250.0 to $1,800.00, Liability Insurance from $200 to $2,000.00, Workman Comp from $136 to $980.00, Crime (no coverage for check frauds like big Banks) from $900.00 to $5,800.00, Medical for a family of 4 from $336.00 to $1723.00 with 40-60% reduced benefits, higher co-pay as compared to 1999 & no vision coverage & dental is partial only with a cap of $1,500.00 per annum.

Then my Property Tax $7,800.00 in 2001 has gone up to $16,380.0 for living in the most corrupt & racist state of the world New Jersey under Pro Israeli Rulers. In 1999 I used to work 80 hours and now I work 120 hours but still unable to match my peak earnings of 2001 which has dropped by over 25% in real terms despite my 50% additional hours I am putting in. Last year I was audited for more than 2 months on the orders of a Goldman because I have become a pain in the neck for NJ Rulers for making complaints about a School Board stealing money from its student, a Lunatic Zygmunt Wilf doing massive permanent wholesale damage to environment, a Police Union calling Indians are cockroaches, animals, illiterates & illegal and Towns having Traffic Summons Quota for Minorities to raise revenue. Surprisingly my business is only in 375 Sq Feet. and since inception in May 1999 has been audited 7 times by State Banking Department & 2 times by IRS on the complaint of NJ Rulers; where as some of the similar businesses has not been audited for 8-10 years.

If I look around for more comparison; in 1999 CEO of my Health Insurance took home $8.5 million and in 2007 took home $28.5 million, which is an increase of 150%. Even a small NJ company Quest Diagnostic its India born CEO Surya Mohapatra took home over $2.0 million in 2007 and another India born Indra Nooyi CEO of beverage giant Pepsico’s pay packet was $12.74 million, Oracle CEO Larry Ellison’s total compensation was $192.92 million. Also in 2007 Investment Banker Goldman Sachs CEO took $87 mil in year end bonus. Bear Stern’s CEO took $47 mil as year end Bonus and then flushed Bear Stern in Toilet in March 2008. Surprisingly a ex-Wall Street Elite Club Member Henry Paulson now running US Treasury bailed this company out with Tax payers $30 billion given to another robber JPM Chase against some Bonds which can not be used even as Toilet paper. JPM Chase paid $345 mil for Bear Stern where as its real estate is worth almost $1 billion.

Surprisingly Vikram Pundit has no expertise or experience or knowledge in Citi’s core business which is consumer Banking.

If government can regulate for last 15 years income of a small business owner like me under the pretext my services are used by poor & less fortunate in the society where as the fact is my services are also used by Elite Club Members posing as Politicians, School construction Contractors, Real Estate & Mortgage Brokers & Wall Street people stealing from the public. Why can’t the same logic can be applied to regulate the earnings of Elite Club Members in Banking, Real Estate, Medical Care, Insurance, Pharmaceuticals, Educational institutions, Food Industry, Soft ware, Attorneys, and Politicians etc?

Can the American Political Leadership rather Unionized Carrier Politicians Posing as Republicans & Democrats working for Robber Barons & CEO’s has any explanation between my rising Health Premium $ 336.00 in 1999 to $1723.00 in 2008 with 40-60% reduced benefits and 6 times higher co-pay for Doctor visit & Medicines going up from $5 to $30.00 and Health Company’s CEO’s pay going up from $8.5 million in 1999 to $28.5 million in 2007?

Can they explain why my property tax from $7,800.00 in 2001 has gone up to $16,345.00 in 2007? My property is a single family unit with little over 3,200 sq ft built up area on a piece of land measuring only 100 ft X 110 ft.?

Can they explain why my food bill from 15% in 2005 has gone up to 28% in 2008? Why government gave $2.8 billion in 2007 to Farmers lobby for not cultivating the Land? Why they were giving subsidies to Corn Farmers & Ethanol Producers despite the fact that it takes 26 Lbs of Corn to produce 1 Gallon of Ethanol?

It seems American government policies and the policies of Corporate America have become one and the same. The real minority Unionized Elite Club Members are running America. The wealthy, influential and well connected people; some posing as our Political Leaders are making all the decisions. The back bone of our great industrial nation was built on the backs of working men & women of middle class and the working poor, who are the majority in America. It looks like Unionized Elite Club Members; big Corporations & Politicians of USA are working very hard to increase the population of poor in America. The members of Elite Club are devising con schemes how to make the majority poor by reducing their earnings and entitlements in real terms. The Americans must rise and unite to perform their Civic Duties to take back America from this Elite Club who is ruining America.

For the last more than 1 year I am watching free very expansive & lavish Circuses with Performers from the minority Unionized Elite Club running America in the name of Presidential Primaries. Basically these are Media events for pollsters, advertising companies, speech writers, lobbyists and dress designers to make quick money by selling lies. In 21 Century one can still hear how many Blacks or Hispanics or Asians or women or Elderly or Men or whites voted for each Elite Clown. No Elite Club Member mention about voting pattern of Jews and every one hates Mormon. The moderators rarely ask uncomfortable questions and allow the Elite Clowns to fight like Cats & Dogs on petty personal issues not current or future policies affecting governance of America. That is besides the point the common citizens will still be penalized for these Circuses even if they don’t watch it and don’t vote for one or the other Elite Club Clown to be declared Winner Performer by way of higher taxes, reduced services from their town, state & federal governments as well as their employers in private sector.

The winner Elite Clown in prize will get the control for 4 years of the world’s largest enterprise America with 290 million share holders, millions of employees, clout in practically every country to benefit directly or indirectly by paddling influences. Talking about money this corporation produce $13.8 Trillion Dollars annually in revenue and that is a different question this enterprise has become the biggest debtor with every minute rising debt to day it stands at over $12.5 trillion which it owes to the rest of the world to maintain a very lavish & luxurious life style for its members and some hand picked supporters belonging to its Elite Club. Then for 4 years the common citizen will not have any choice to get replacement or exchange for this winner Circus Clown who will be called the President & CEO of America.

America which is called the oldest Democracy and world Super Power do not have uniform Rules for its Presidential Primaries. For Democrat Party nomination one needs 2,025 Delegates out of the 4,048 and for Republican nomination one needs 1,245 out of 2,488. Then in Republicans Primaries winner takes the all where as in Democrats it is proportional, even the loser gets some Delegates. For example out of 100 Delegates for a state if winner gets 55% votes he/she gets 55 Delegates based on % of votes received and rest of the Delegates goes to the loser and if there are more than 1 loser than the Delegates are allotted to them according to their % of votes received. To add more to the confusion; every state has their own Rules like straight voting by Party Members or one vote for 1 Party or they have Caucuses, where in cigar smoked filled rooms after getting drunk & evaluating Political & other material benefits for them selves the State & Local Party Bosses allot Delegates to the Candidates. In some state cross voting is also allowed, which can give leverage to a Party to prolong fighting among candidates of opposing Party.

Then in Democrats even if the Candidates know no one can reach the magic number of 2,025 Delegates and nomination will be decided by 785 Super Delegates after assessing their own future benefits; Party Bosses & elected Representatives like Senators, Congressmen, Governors, Mayors etc. still keep their Primaries fight going on by sinking in additional millions of Dollars like Barack Obama & Hillary Clinton are doing since early March 2008. In the end with more than $2 billion spent and the common Citizens who wasted their Time, Money & energy by participating in these Primary Circuses their Votes will be flushed in the Toilets of Club of Elites. All these mind boggling non sense anarchy where common citizen’s vote do not count, any sane person can conclude that America is a Banana Republic when it comes to electing its Commander in Chief the President of United States of America.

These Elite Primary Circuses start with more than a Dozen Clowns from the Unionized Elite Club posing as Democrats & Republicans. No one wants to change any thing or bring transparency or accountability. All they are interested is how to get the Prized Bed in the White House! After numerous elimination rounds of multi million Dollars Primary Circuses held in different states of America like currently we are left with 3 Clowns; the most horrible, who have never worked in Public or Private Sector, economy ignorant with no managerial experience of running even a candy store as well as a State or even a small Twp. like Wallpack with 35 residents in New Jersey as its Mayor.

These 3 clowns; Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama & John McCain all belonging to the Club 100 Elite of America the US Senate; so far together they have spent more than $1.5 Billion, bulk of it over $1 billion by Barack & Hillary; while delivering speeches on smaller government, imaginary schemes to reduce poverty, cursing & out right abusing lobbyist for corruption and falling moral & ethical standards in Public offices with fuzzy math on economy and how they will cut wasteful expenditure in their administrations. Then states, Federal, almost 3 dozen loser Clowns and those enthusiastic supporters living under the illusion that their votes counts have spent more than $2 billions. Even after 16 months & spending more than $3.5 billion Americans have no idea which Democrat will challenge the Republican John McCain. How very convenient for the Elite Club of America to carry out their crimes “through Media blitz, accounting tricks, fiction, hocus-pocus, misleading statements, trickery, half truths, omissions and out right lies that every American’s vote will count!”

Democrat Hillary an attorney by profession claims she has run a business of Presidential Pardons for 8 years from the White House giving & getting amnesty even from foreign governments for money to her husbands Foundation or her election Campaigns; to criminals like Mark Rich, Hsu, Sant Singh Chatwal, Dr P S Sabharwal, Vinod Gupta etc surely that gives her an authority on Economy & Governance of the biggest economy in the world. Moreover prior to that she has worked for Wal-Mart to help them how to cheat their workers gives her an edge to understand the problems of working class of America. Then she is the wife of a womanizer Ex-President Bill Clinton who declared a holiday for 8 years in National Security Departments because of Monica Lewinsky; gives her added experience with Bill as baggage if elected in National Security & Defense matters. On top of all this she feels her powers to make out right lies to look like truth; like her daughter Chelsea was in the vicinity when 9/11 happens and she had to duck her head and run for her life from the barrage of bullets in Bosnia as First Lady makes her the perfect Stateswoman, Hollywood & Bollywood Star & a Politician in true sense from the Elite Club of America appealing to the entire world especially the 3rd world corrupt countries likes Israel, Italy, India etc.

Another Democrat yet to complete his first term in Club 100 Elite of America; Senator Barack Obama also an attorney by profession very eloquent speaker, hate his middle name and got his childhood rewritten with some literary help to become a Born again Christian; claims his 20+ years long association with his spiritual advisor Rev. Jeremiah Wright who teaches in his Church Aids in the world is American creation, 9/11 white Americans brought it on them selves so rather saying God Bless America his followers must say Goddamn America and learn politics with slum Lord Tony Rezko’s money to establish a record in Illinois’s State Senate Present Only votes on very important issues rater than Yes or No makes him an authority on Economy, Religion, Family values, Defense/National Security, Foreign Relations and Good Governance.

Coming to the third Elite Clown from Club 100; Republican Jon McCain an adulterer. His current wife Cindy a drug addicts who stole drugs from the Charity she was in charge. Both flirted while John was married to another woman. Initially Elite Club held a grand funeral for John and when every one’s favorite Hillary was slipping; John was brought out of his grave, given a heavy dose of steroids and unofficially declared President of America by Pro Israeli lobbyist running America. John is the only one who is talking some truth that he does not understand Economy! Because for 22 years he was in navy out of which he has spent 51/2 years as POW in a dark cell in Vietnam, 4 years in US Congress and for the last 21 years he is in Club 100 Elite the US Senate. No one is asking him any questions that during his 21 yrs in Senate & 4 in Congress he has voted on so many important financial bills granting billions of Dollars; he means to say he never read them and could never learnt any thing about American Economy in 25 yrs? I guess he never read them and that is the reason when you ask him about Economy his answer is Bomb, Bomb, Bomb and his entire Presidential campaign is being run and managed by lobbyist and their money whom he has been cursing since he got into American Politics for The Elite and by The Elite in America!

Then an Israeli/American filthy rich womanizer Michael Bloomberg the owner of Bloomberg Radio & Television also Mayor of Financial Capital of the World New York; was thinking of running for President as Independent and spent millions of dollars on research. You know what is his conclusion? If you are running as Independent and your last name is Stein or Baum or Berg 50% of Democrats as well as 50% of Republicans will vote for you. Because of Israeli clout on Main Stream Media, Wall Street, Hollywood, Real Estate & American Politics up to the grass rote level in all the 50 States of America. He dropped the idea of running because Mans, Golds, Steins, Bergs, Baums, Sabloskys cut a deal with Republican John McCain to say it publicly he will support Israel whatever it takes to help them in the pursuit of their illegal colonization of Palestine Land since last 40 years and he will remain in Iraq for 100 years if need be to provide safety cover to Israel!

By looking at all the above don’t you think our People’s Representation process is messed up? I believe majority of the citizens are very honest, God fearing and love America more than me; their answer must be “YES”. That is the reason I have been fighting since 2004 in a very civilized manner to take back the ownership of America from the minority Elite Club of Scoundrels governing America. Now I have reached to a state where I am taking the route of using provocative language against my own likings; to wake up my fellow countrymen who have blind trust on our current Unionized Politicians posing as Democrats & Republicans, 880,000 attorneys, robber Barons, Business Tycoons under Israeli lobbyist controlled America. The Americans must unite to take back the control of America from this Unionized Mob to manage this country for its People not for its Rulers.

Rising Food Prices & Starving Humanity Around the Globe

Hunger has a new face now, more urban hunger than ever before in past one century. Food is on the shelves but people are unable to afford it. Prices of staple food has risen 100-200% in one year alone; wheat 114%, corn 130% & rice 200%. In last 3-5 years the commodity prices have gone up by 300-500%. 35 countries including India & China are facing social unrest because of the rising food and energy prices. India & China are denying it in their own ways; China a dictatorship rarely tells about their internal problems and India governed by corrupt & communal leaders dishonestly says they have enough food stocks without telling the world that majority of the 800 million Indian poor can not afford to buy food especially at these prices. The implication of food crisis are being under estimated by every one including America, Germany, Japan, Saudi Arabia around the world despite on going violent riots for food across the globe.

Since Feb violent rioting are happening over the doubling of prices for staple food in a year in Haiti, Cameron, Ivory Coast, Mauritania, Mozambique, Senegal, Bolivia, Cambodia, China, Philippines, Indonesia, Pakistan, Uzbekistan, Egypt, Jordon, Yemen etc. Asian countries such as India & Pakistan have curbed rice exports to ensure supplies for their own residents. Philippines have declared Rice hoarding an Economic Sabotage offense and are considering moratorium on converting agriculture land for housing and Golf courses.

2.8 billion People, nearly half of the world's population live on $2 a day or less. When you are living on $2 a day, most of your income is spent on food; not processed chicken dinners and frozen pizza, but the basics: flour, corn, rice. This is what keeps you and your family alive. In country like India with world’s largest population of 800 million poor; they spend $1.50 a day out of their meager less than $2 a day income on basic food. When food prices have gone up by 100-200%, alone in last 12 months, it’s not a matter of cutting back in other areas. Instead it means that they and their children will eat less, and go to bed hungry at night or may develop serious malnutrition ultimately leading to deaths.

Most of the worst famines in modern history were caused by Western Imperialism and free market fundamentalism. The Irish famine, the famines in India in the 1700’s, 1890’s and 1940 all turned from draughts into famine by deliberate decisions not to “interfere with the markets rather not to provide food for the less fortunate in the society.” In fact as Mike Davis wrote, during 1876-77 famine in India, private charity work were made illegal by the inhuman colonial British government because they obstructed the free market.

Again the improvised Indians suffered horribly at the hands of their own Nehru, Indra Congress governments in the late 19th century as millions starved to death while countless tons of grain was exported to England & Russia to earn foreign exchange and buy sub-standard arms from Russia.

Now the poor in the developing countries are suffering again from free-market orthodoxy in 21 century. The problem here is partly free trade and human greed, or more precisely, the dismantling of local and democratic control that goes by the names Washington Consensus in the developing world and by "free trade" in the developed world.

We all know money flows in the direction where Rich investor can maximize their profits. Since mid 2005 big investors have been putting their money into Commodities after pushing the Real Estate, Stock Market & Credit Markets towards Toilet Bowl in developed economies like America, Japan, Germany, UK.

The hedge fund activity in the commodities markets quadruppeled in last 3 years. The hedge fund magnates may not be aware they are gambling human lives and think the people will never notice it. The hedge fund managers are making $10 million dollar per day not to be left behind by oil companies who are making $10 million an hour. Then we have CEO of big corporations with inhuman pay packages $1-$350 millions, year end Bonuses $1-$90 million; making $1700.00 to $2,000.00 an hour. In contrast 2.8 billion people make less than $2 a day around the world. 500 CEO of 500 American companies in 2007 made $6.4 billion collectively which works out to be $12.8 million per CEO.

Bill Clinton is the mid wife for present credit market mess and spiraling commodity prices. This womanizer with out application of mind signed The Commodities Futures Modernization Act of 2000 and exempted non-farm commodities derivatives activity from scrutiny.

This legislation has led to an explosion in the energy derivatives market ultimately lead to the biggest corporate failure Enron. It has also lead to the worst financial crises in the history of the world where the Banking system is going to lose over $600 billions in 1 year because of Crafty Debt Derivatives which can not be priced. All these lost billions ultimately are being billed to the world citizens in higher taxes, higher cost of goods & services and reduced services by their respective governments. Bill’s wife Hillary Clinton with his gang of criminal donors like Mark Rich, Hsu, Sant Singh Chatwal, P S Sabharwal, Vinod Gupta, pharmaceutical, defense, Wall Street, Health Insurance, Banks Robber Barons etc. wants to be the President of America with more than $500 million already spend on her campaigaining!

Speculation by traders at banks and hedge funds all over the globe has driven up the price of oil to over $120/barrel, wheat over $25/bushel, corn $6/bushel and rice $25 per cwt. Rich investors see commodities like oil, wheat, corn, rice etc as an effective hedge against a falling dollar and rising inflation. They can be blamed for much of oil, wheat, rice and corn price rise this year to speculative buying. Rich are Gambling with paper barrels and paper commodities in OTC activity or at ICE, LME, NYMEX and Chicago Board of Trade. According to an analyst Floyd Norris wheat futures jumped 23% due to the activity of a single trader MF Global a white collar legal gambler looking for quick profits at the cost of human miseries and sufferings.

The commodities derivatives market had risen to over $7 trillion dollars by June, 2007, according to the Bank for International Settlements. It is certainly much, much higher now, as money has flooded in looking for better profits, in the wake of the credit derivatives crisis. That number alone, a fraction of the total market in derivatives, which is now between $500 and $600 trillion dollars, dwarfs the activity on the NYSE

Global wheat stocks have hit a 30-year low following seven of eight years in which world consumption exceeded production. Federal projections show America's supplies at their lowest levels since the late 1940s. Wheat historically trades at $3 to $7 a bushel crossed $25 in March. Four months ago, a Bakery was paying $7.50 for a 25-pound bag of flour and now the cost is $25 a bag.

Half of the increase in global corn consumption in 2007 was related to ethanol production, and the recent U.S. Energy Bill will ensure continued increases in demand from this source. Despite the fact that it takes 26 lbs. of corn to produce one gallon of ethanol. The record $6 a bushel corn price has already led to major spillovers on prices of other food commodities through higher feed costs, crop substitution, and demand substitution, and further spillovers are likely to be continued unabated.

Then worldwide meat consumption is forecast to increase by more than half from 1997 to 2020; most of the new demand will come from China and India. The implications for grain demand are staggering." The growth of the middle class in China and India is a problem partly because of the precipitous increase in demand for animal based protein. Unfortunately India & China are making more meat eaters than the Americans who are switching to vegetarian food.

Animal protein uses large amounts of grain. The excessive craze for Meat in the West is starving the rest of the world. It takes 700 calories of grain to get 100 calories of meat or a pound of Beef takes 7 pounds of grain and a ton of water. So we are effectively wasting 85% of our cropland, not to mention the energy use that goes with it and the one more scare commodity water being over used.

Above all the dollar has suffered with these "free market" trillions to bet on Commodity Prices, but not to own, to consume, maintain, or build to the extent we have allowed this immoral gambling to continue. Hedge funds are not capitalism but raw speculation, human greed and legalized robbery. A perfect recipe for the world food supply to crash, when we have known since 1994 that per capita grain production peaked over 20 years ago, around 1985 and still we paid no attention to the impending crisis. These crises are going to be human sufferings to such a horrible magnitude which we have not seen or heard for centuries.

First, free trade supported to the hilt by all US, European Political & Business Leadership and media to destroy local farming in developing countries, especially subsistence farming through cheap imports from the US, Australia, Canada and others. Then Western countries and generally rich peoples' buying power has diverted food reserves into meat and fuel production for the well-off and deprives the poor of very basic food supplies like wheat, corn and rice.

World crisis of food supply, global warming, and land degradation etc., the only real issue underlying all of these is limitless growth of the human population. A short term view of the situation that does not recognize overpopulation is both simplistic and myopic, and will do little if anything, to rectify the situation. Essentially all environmental problems are proportional to the number of humans consuming resources and belching out chemical pollution. Thirty years ago the world was intensely aware of the 'population bomb', yet today the human population has doubled and no one dares mention it especially the Leaders of India and China who have failed to address the rising population problem in their countries; who have the 75% of poor out of the 2.8 billion poor in the world.

It took 123 years for the world to add the first billion (1804-1927), for the last billion it took 12 years (1987-1999) and it will take projected 14 years to add another billion by 2013 to take the world population from 6 to 7 billion.The world is adding about 78 million more people every year, the population of France, Greece and Sweden combined, or equivalent to a city the size of San Francisco every three days. Almost all of this population growth is in countries like India, China, Nigeria, Muslim countries etc least able to afford it. For example Nigerian families spend 73% of their income on food because on an average Nigerians have 2 to 3 wives, each with 9 to 11 children.

Currently, the world is not able to support such a large population. Food and energy prices are simply a reflection of this fact. Most organizations that monitor world hunger approximate that one child on our planet dies every 3.6 seconds due to hunger. One can only imagine the grief felt by nameless mothers and families that lost their beloved children.

A 2007 Pew Research Center poll of 45,000 people in both affluent and developing countries found that most surveyed believed that a world free of hunger and poverty was more important to them than either free speech or religious freedom. America which is undergoing a recession, one wonders how many people go to bed hungry every night in this land of opportunity. American Political, Business & Religious Leaders are so rife with moral and ethical corruption that no one from either side of the aisle is willing to admit this.

Prospect of food shortages over the next 20 years is so frightening, it had to be tackled immediately on priority basis; before millions suffer and starve to death. America, Europe, Japan, Saudi Arabia and other rich countries must take lead in providing the much needed humanitarian aid to the starving humanity around the globe. Let us all work together in the name of whichever God you believe in to make this world free of hunger and poverty.

WHO IS AN AMERICAN

The word American can be defined in many different ways. An American could be a person whose ancestors came from a different country with a dream or it could be a person that was born right here in America with a dream. The one thing that makes all of these individuals "American" is that they all have special dreams. Like one person may want to become President and other may want to become a fighter Pilot. Both have a strong desire to serve their country America and fellow Americans in their own ways. These dreams are called The American Dream.

An American believes in the equality of human kind, the obligation to serve one another, and a true commitment to liberty for fellow Americans and every human being on this earth. These are the values every American of different faith strongly believes in and together we stand as a nation, united under God as United States of America.

Americans are the only one in the world for centuries who have laid their lives to preserve freedom for them selves, fellow Americans and freedom for others through out the world. For this sacrifice we have never taken any country’s land or made slave to any country whether it was world war one or world war 2 or the current war of Freedom we are fighting for the people of Iraq and Afghanistan against the Islamic Jihadis who do not understand a sacred religion Islam.

Rather Americans through their government generously give out to rebuild war-ravaged countries around the world liberated from extremists. American citizens are the biggest charity givers in the world with $135 billion given in 2006 besides $45 billion given by our government around the world purely for humanitarian purposes.

These are the great American values and our moral heritage, which we all share as Americans of different faiths. Unity in diversity has made America the melting pot of all religions and cultures of the world that is why America is a great country to live on this earth.

Mitt Romney's "Faith in America " speech was simply magnificent, and anyone who denies it is not to be trusted as an analyst. On every level it was a masterpiece. The staging and Romney's delivery, the eclipse of all other candidates it caused, the domination of the news cycle just prior to the start of absentee voting in New Hampshire on Monday --for all these reasons and more it will be long discussed as a masterpiece of political maneuver.

Far more important than all of that, however, was the content of the address, which was a brilliant explication of the American political theory of faith and freedom. Romney used the moment to defend not just himself but the American tradition of faith in the public square, of vigorous and valued religious plurality, and, crucially, why that tradition has allowed America's role in the world to be so unqualifiedly good. The unexpected but brilliant connection of our tradition of religious liberty with our ability to move in the world to save it again and again from evil and to rebuild it without demands for territory or treasure lifted the speech very far above the ordinary campaign speech, and in so doing lifted the Romney candidacy. Americans watching the speech were listening to a great communicator talk with pride and obvious skill and passion about America and its long history of freedom. This is a much loved and too infrequent thing: An American leader talking with unashamed love and reverence for the country and its shining tradition of tolerance and fierce attachment to liberty.

"Thank you, Mr. President, for your kind introduction.

"It is an honor to be here today. This is an inspiring place because of you and the First Lady and because of the film exhibited across the way in the Presidential library. For those who have not seen it, it shows the President as a young pilot, shot down during the Second World War, being rescued from his life-raft by the crew of an American submarine. It is a moving reminder that when America has faced challenge and peril, Americans rise to the occasion, willing to risk their very lives to defend freedom and preserve our nation. We are in your debt. Thank you, Mr. President.

"Mr. President, your generation rose to the occasion, first to defeat Fascism and then to vanquish the Soviet Union. You left us, your children, a free and strong America. It is why we call yours the greatest generation. It is now my generation's turn. How we respond to today's challenges will define our generation. And it will determine what kind of America we will leave our children, and theirs.

"America faces a new generation of challenges. Radical violent Islam seeks to destroy us. An emerging China endeavors to surpass our economic leadership. And we are troubled at home by government overspending, overuse of foreign oil, and the breakdown of the family.

"Over the last year, we have embarked on a national debate on how best to preserve American leadership. Today, I wish to address a topic which I believe is fundamental to America's greatness: our religious liberty. I will also offer perspectives on how my own faith would inform my Presidency, if I were elected.

"There are some who may feel that religion is not a matter to be seriously considered in the context of the weighty threats that face us. If so, they are at odds with the nation's founders, for they, when our nation faced its greatest peril, sought the blessings of the Creator.And further, they discovered the essential connection between the survival of a free land and the protection of religious freedom. In John Adams' words: 'We have no government armed with power capable of contending with human passions unbridled by morality and religion... Our constitution was made for a moral and religious people.'

"Freedom requires religion just as religion requires freedom. Freedom opens the windows of the soul so that man can discover his most profound beliefs and commune with God. Freedom and religion endure together, or perish alone.

"Given our grand tradition of religious tolerance and liberty, some wonder whether there are any questions regarding an aspiring candidate's religion that are appropriate. I believe there are. And I will answer them today.

"Almost 50 years ago another candidate from Massachusetts explained that he was an American running for president, not a Catholic running for President. Like him, I am an American running for president. I do not define my candidacy by my religion. A person should not be elected because of his faith nor should he be rejected because of his faith.

"Let me assure you that no authorities of my church, or of any other church for that matter, will ever exert influence on presidential decisions. Their authority is theirs, within the province of church affairs, and it ends where the affairs of the nation begin.

"As governor, I tried to do the right as best I knew it, serving the law and answering to the Constitution. I did not confuse the particular teachings of my church with the obligations of the office and of the Constitution - and of course, I would not do so as President. I will put no doctrine of any church above the plain duties of the office and the sovereign authority of the law.

"As a young man, Lincoln described what he called America's 'political religion'-the commitment to defend the rule of law and the Constitution. When I place my hand on the Bible and take the oath of office, that oath becomes my highest promise to God. If I am fortunate to become your president, I will serve no one religion, no one group, no one cause, and no one interest. A President must serve only the common cause of the people of the United States .

"There are some for whom these commitments are not enough. They would prefer it if I would simply distance myself from my religion, say that it is more a tradition than my personal conviction, or disavow one or another of its precepts. That I will not do. I believe in my Mormon faith and I endeavor to live by it. My faith is the faith of my fathers - I will be true to them and to my beliefs.

"Some believe that such a confession of my faith will sink my candidacy. If they are right, so be it. But I think they underestimate the American people. Americans do not respect believers of convenience. Americans tire of those who would jettison their beliefs, even to gain the world.

"There is one fundamental question about which I often am asked. What do I believe about Jesus Christ? I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and the Savior of mankind. My church's beliefs about Christ may not all be the same as those of other faiths. Each religion has its own unique doctrines and history. These are not bases for criticism but rather a test of our tolerance. Religious tolerance would be a shallow principle indeed if it were reserved only for faiths with which we agree.

"There are some who would have a presidential candidate describe and explain his church's distinctive doctrines. To do so would enable the very religious test the founders prohibited in the Constitution. No candidate should become the spokesman for his faith. For if he becomes President he will need the prayers of the people of all faiths.

"I believe that every faith I have encountered draws its adherents closer to God. And in every faith I have come to know, there are features I wish were in my own: I love the profound ceremony of the Catholic Mass, the approachability of God in the prayers of theEvangelicals, the tenderness of spirit among the Pentecostals, the confident independence of the Lutherans, the ancient traditions of the Jews, unchanged through the ages, and the commitment to frequent prayer of the Muslims. As I travel across the country and see our towns and cities, I am always moved by the many houses of worship with their steeples, all pointing to heaven, reminding us of the source of life's blessings.

"It is important to recognize that while differences in theology exist between the churches in America , we share a common creed of moral convictions. And where the affairs of our nation are concerned, it's usually a sound rule to focus on the latter - on the great moralprinciples that urge us all on a common course. Whether it was the cause of abolition, or civil rights, or the right to life itself, no movement of conscience can succeed in America that cannot speak to the convictions of religious people.

"We separate church and state affairs in this country, and for good reason. No religion should dictate to the state nor should the state interfere with the free practice of religion. But in recent years, the notion of the separation of church and state has been taken by some well beyond its original meaning. They seek to remove from the public domain any acknowledgment of God. Religion is seen as merely a private affair with no place in public life. It is as if they are intent on establishing a new religion in America - the religion of secularism. They are wrong.

"The founders proscribed the establishment of a state religion, but they did not countenance the elimination of religion from the public square. We are a nation 'Under God' and in God, we do indeed trust.

"We should acknowledge the Creator as did the Founders - in ceremony and word. He should remain on our currency, in our pledge, in the teaching of our history, and during the holiday season, nativity scenes and menorahs should be welcome in our public places. Our greatness would not long endure without judges who respect the foundation of faith upon which our constitution rests. I will take care to separate the affairs of government from any religion, but I will not separate us from 'the God who gave us liberty.'

"Nor would I separate us from our religious heritage. Perhaps the most important question to ask a person of faith who seeks a political office, is this: does he share these American values: the equality of human kind, the obligation to serve one another, and a steadfastcommitment to liberty?

"They are not unique to any one denomination. They belong to the great moral inheritance we hold in common. They are the firm ground on which Americans of different faiths meet and stand as a nation, united.

"We believe that every single human being is a child of God - we are all part of the human family. The conviction of the inherent and inalienable worth of every life is still the most revolutionary political proposition ever advanced. John Adams put it that we are ‘thrown into the world all equal and alike.’

"The consequence of our common humanity is our responsibility to one another, to our fellow Americans foremost, but also to every child of God. It is an obligation which is fulfilled by Americans every day, here and across the globe, without regard to creed or race or nationality.

"Americans acknowledge that liberty is a gift of God, not an indulgence of government. No people in the history of the world have sacrificed as much for liberty. The lives of hundreds of thousands of America 's sons and daughters were laid down during the last century to preservefreedom, for us and for freedom loving people throughout the world. America took nothing from that Century's terrible wars - no land from Germany or Japan or Korea ; no treasure; no oath of fealty. America 's resolve in the defense of liberty has been tested time and again. Ithas not been found wanting, nor must it ever be. America must never falter in holding high the banner of freedom.

"These American values, this great moral heritage, is shared and lived in my religion as it is in yours. I was taught in my home to honor God and love my neighbor. I saw my father march with Martin Luther King. I saw my parents provide compassionate care to others, in personal ways to people nearby, and in just as consequential ways in leading national volunteer movements. I am moved by the Lord's words: 'For I was an hungered, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in: naked, and ye clothed me...'

"My faith is grounded on these truths. You can witness them in Ann and my marriage and in our family. We are a long way from perfect and we have surely stumbled along the way, but our aspirations, our values, are the self-same as those from the other faiths that stand upon this common foundation. And these convictions will indeed inform my presidency.

"Today's generations of Americans have always known religious liberty. Perhaps we forget the long and arduous path our nation's forbearers took to achieve it. They came here from England to seek freedom of religion. But upon finding it for themselves, they at first denied it to others. Because of their diverse beliefs, Ann Hutchinson was exiled from Massachusetts Bay, a banished Roger Williams founded Rhode Island , and two centuries later, Brigham Young set out for the West. Americans were unable to accommodate their commitment to their own faith with an appreciation for the convictions of others to different faiths. In this, they were very much like those of the European nations they had left.

"It was in Philadelphia that our founding fathers defined a revolutionary vision of liberty, grounded on self evident truths about the equality of all, and the inalienable rights with which each is endowed by his Creator.

"We cherish these sacred rights, and secure them in our Constitutional order. Foremost do we protect religious liberty, not as a matter of policy but as a matter of right. There will be no established church, and we are guaranteed the free exercise of our religion.

"I'm not sure that we fully appreciate the profound implications of our tradition of religious liberty. I have visited many of the magnificent cathedrals in Europe . They are so inspired ... so grand ... so empty. Raised up over generations, long ago, so many of the cathedrals nowstand as the postcard backdrop to societies just too busy or too 'enlightened' to venture inside and kneel in prayer. The establishment of state religions in Europe did no favor to Europe 's churches. And though you will find many people of strong faith there, the churchesthemselves seem to be withering away.

"Infinitely worse is the other extreme, the creed of conversion by conquest: violent Jihad, murder as martyrdom... killing Christians, Jews, and Muslims with equal indifference. These radical Islamists do their preaching not by reason or example, but in the coercion of mindsand the shedding of blood. We face no greater danger today than theocratic tyranny, and the boundless suffering these states and groups could inflict if given the chance.

"The diversity of our cultural expression, and the vibrancy of our religious dialogue, has kept America in the forefront of civilized nations even as others regard religious freedom as something to be destroyed.

"In such a world, we can be deeply thankful that we live in a land where reason and religion are friends and allies in the cause of liberty, joined against the evils and dangers of the day. And you can be certain of this: Any believer in religious freedom, any person who has knelt in prayer to the Almighty, has a friend and ally in me. And so it is for hundreds of millions of our countrymen: we do not insist on a single strain of religion - rather, we welcome our nation's symphony of faith.

"Recall the early days of the First Continental Congress in Philadelphia , during the fall of 1774. With Boston occupied by British troops, there were rumors of imminent hostilities and fears of an impending war. In this time of peril, someone suggested that they pray. But there were objections. 'They were too divided in religious sentiments', what with Episcopalians and Quakers, Anabaptists and Congregationalists, Presbyterians and Catholics.

"Then Sam Adams rose, and said he would hear a prayer from anyone of piety and good character, as long as they were a patriot.

"And so together they prayed, and together they fought, and together, by the grace of God ... they founded this great nation.

"In that spirit, let us give thanks to the divine 'author of liberty.' And together, let us pray that this land may always be blessed, 'with freedom's holy light.'

From Kennedy to Romney: 47 Years of Judicial War Against American Freedom of Religion

Kennedy delivered his historic speech, the courts have been increasingly hostile toward public religious expression and increasingly tolerant of anti-religious bigots and their agenda to remove all references to and acknowledgement of God from public life.

Consider what Kennedy said in his inaugural address. He began by reminding us that he had just "sworn before you and Almighty God the same solemn oath our forbears prescribed nearly a century and three-quarters ago." He went on to reassert Jefferson's premise in the Declaration of Independence that we are all "endowed by [our] Creator with certain unalienable rights" by saying that "the same revolutionary beliefs for which our forebears fought are still at issue around the globe-the belief that the rights of man come not from the generosity of the state but from the hand of God."

Kennedy concluded his inauguration speech with these words, asking Americans to aspire to something greater than ourselves "with a good conscience our only sure reward, with history the final judge of our deeds, let us go forth to lead the land we love, asking His blessing and His help, but knowing that here on earth God's work must truly be our own."

It is indeed true, as President Kennedy made plain, that our rights do indeed come to us from God, not from government, and they belong to all Americans -- believers and unbelievers alike.

What is different today is that we are living in an America that has suffered from 47 years of a judicial war against American freedom of religion. Gov. Romney deserves credit for defending American religious freedom -- and defending it well.

$9 trillion National Debt & $50 trillion in hidden unfunded liabilities; mandatory social security & Medicare payments, government & military pensions, interest on debt. To make matters worse; falling dollar, falling Equity markets where major indices are down by over 10% so far this year from their highs, falling US Treasury now yielding 3.87% down from 5.3% just 3 years ago, 20 year high commodity prices, ever rising energy prices & worst ever credit markets. All of this has made us biggest debtor nation in the world because American public, our state & Federal governments are living beyond their means. On top of this America is at war in Iraq & Afghanistan besides 38 other countries to fight serious threats of terrorism at home & American interest abroad. On top of every thing 4 million illegal immigrants are crossing US borders every year which is a National Threat.

Falling Real Estate Prices & Mortgage crisis is due to one of the debt derivatives RMBS and “Pulse Only” Loans given to people with bad or no credit history by crooks in Banking & Real Estate for points & other dubious fees. Merrill Lynch write down for 3rd quarter of $7.9 billion for its portfolio backed by sub prime mortgages is the biggest quarterly loss since it was founded in 1914. Citibank has taken a $7 billion write off for Q3 due to sub-prime mortgages and whispered to media they have another $15-17 billion like Merrill Lynch has another &12-15 billion. Countrywide Home Loans the biggest Mortgage lender took a $2 billion Q3 write off for the first time since its inception 25 years ago. Countrywide in Sep & Oct took out $22 billion from different banks from unused credit limits. By the time Banks realized what they were doing it was too late. Rumors are Citibank or Wachovia is going to take their worthless equity so that they don’t have to disclose to its shareholders the money has been lost. On their heel is No. 2 buyer & guarantor of home loans Freddie Mac posted it largest Q3 loss of $2 billion, Wachovia $1.75 Billion and the list goes on and on. Conservative estimate for such write offs combine of all Banks & non-Banks of America is around $130 billion and will go up to $350-$400 billion if one trust the numbers of US Congressional Report of estimated 2 million Sub Prime Mortgage foreclosures by 2009. Yesterday Citi repeated history again; in 1991 it sold over 4% equity to Saudi Prince and now 4.9% to Abu Dhabi for $7.5 billion to cover its anticipated $11 billion Q4 losses stemming from sub prime loans. Citi’s desperation to sell itself to Middle East is an indication all US Banks & Non Bank institutions like AIG, Zurich Re are for sale. American public must act now and demand full disclosures for debts based on crafty derivatives.

Housing wealth has already lost $71 billion; states will lose $920 million in Property Taxes revenues alone in 2007 because of foreclosures. US housing market is valued at $22 trillion; down turn is going to have wider implications than Tech Boom burst 7 years ago. Housing Slump, bad equity market, bad credit market, rising debts & falling US Treasury are all based on crafty debt derivatives a nuclear bomb; is going to keep entire US economy on life support for next 2-3 years which in turn keep the world economy in intensive care for 3-5 years.

Debt derivatives RMBS’s, CDPC’s, CDO’s & CLO’s a creation of Thugs from Wall Street & world bankers is like a rug on the world financial problems. These derivatives represent about $345 trillion, which is 9 times the GDP of entire world. General public & majority of Politicians have very little or no knowledge of such derivatives based on other debts. In lay men terms each time a debt is repackaged and sold it grows in some cases exponentially to take care of the brokers fees, advertising, marketing, funding to Politicians and mark up for Wall Street/similar firms as the case may be around the world. These debt derivates have created an enormous inverted pyramid of global debt thousand times greater than the value of the underlying assets and Americans hold majority of it.

Think of it what will happen if the underlying assets (like real estate) upon which all of this pyramiding debt are based; declines in value? Think of other derivates CDPC’s, CDO’s & CLO’s which are based on other debts unlike RMBS’s which is based on Real Estate; decline in value in fact are already declining in value. Who gets sucked up holding these worthless uncollectible Debts? The answer is American Public & America’s trading partners around the world!

Just to make it simpler for the general public here is the explanation for the looming biggest financial crisis in the world. Majority of the sub prime defaulters are in the category of loans between $100,000.00 to $300,000 where people are not too smart to understand the finer prints created by attorneys like John Edward running for President. On paper a home owner took a loan of $100 and in reality was given $82-$85 after deducting points, administrative fee & broker fee for a property which was actually worth $80.00 but inflated to $100.00 to cover the mark up of crooks in Banking & Real Estate.

Now these kinds of loans from different parts of USA are clubbed by a genius at Wall Street and the repackaging cost is $30.00 which includes mark up for this genius, marketing, advertising, broker fee & donations to political parties with a face value of $100 on a under lying asset of $80.00 with an assumption the market will go only North not south. Unfortunately the market has gone South and real estate is down from 40- 45%. So the underlying asset now after losses & $30.00 repackaging cost is $10.00 -15.00. That much this Bond with a face value of $100.00 is worth today based on this under lying asset which big Pension Funds & individuals are holding in their Portfolios. Imagine if every one wants their money back! These Bonds are worthless.

That is what Main Stream Media & American Politicians does not want the Public to know that US Govt. pumped in over $50 billion to keep the liquidity in the market and forced their European & other allies to pump in another $ 200 billion to put a thick rug on the crisis which is 10-20 times bigger than the Tech burst of 2000. People like Hillary Clinton who is being heavily financed by Wall Street, Hollywood & main stream Media wants to rescue with American Tax Payers Dollars these highly qualified crooks well versed in Laws who with full understanding & knowledge of financial markets including derivatives gave Pulse only loans to people with no or shaky credits and then created worthless Bonds which has been sold to these loan takers and others in their personal portfolios, Retirement & Pension Funds. Bravo! Bravo! Bravo!

Last week 5 biggest Wall Street Firms shamelessly announced they are going to give out $38 million in Bonuses which is $5 million more than last year to their employees for doing frauds with American public. It works out to be $200,000.00 for each employee. It is an insult to American public & their share holders.

Still this minority controlled mainstream Media is dictating; Americans must elect their new President rather a radical Pastor with no character & integrity, no vision & understanding of economy may be a con artist or a money machine dependent on Wall Street, defense contractors & Hollywood or a born again Christian or an Ambulance chaser all with vast inexperience.

History is our witness we American have always come out of much bigger crisis than what we are facing now. Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke does not mind inflation to avoid recession. Higher inflation will create more poor in America so we have tough decisions to make as well as we all have to make sacrifices to save our country from recession & terrorists.

In the coming Presidential election Americans will use their judgment in selecting a Leader who will be able to bring us out of this looming recession created by inverted Debt Pyramid based on imaginary assets and non existent earnings and terrorism. Every American including a new born child has a debt of over $35,000.00 to pay because of these massive debts. Rember this figure is changing every minute because of the carrying cost "Interest" and massive cost to fight terrorism at home and abroad. We need a Leader who should be able to solve to certain extent all our domestic problems and serious threats to our domestic & national security. That Leader we have very much present among us we just have to look beyond our Media endorsed candidates with vast in-experience and fake conservative mask.

So far more than $175 billion has been taken as write offs by US Financial institutions leading the pack is Citi with almost $50 billion.

This figure to top at $650 billion.

They have also put another $545 billion worth of CDO'S on Credit Watch.

More than $80 billion has been taken as Write Off by European Banks for their US operations related to Sub Prime mess, Leading the pack is UBS with $38billion.

Citi has also assumed another $49 billion of Structured Investments on its books which can be priced in reality.

New CEO Vikram Pundit Got stocks $26.7 million & options $3 million besides undisclosed amount for his EXIT PACKAGE & PAY PACKAGE as signing amount to take responsibility of all the wrong doings done by the management at CITI with political connections to save them for criminal prosecutions.

US Banks in desperation are selling their stakes to foreigners under Preffered Convertible Stocks; which is another scandal because for 3 years they will be paying fix 9% to the investor then it will be converted into common stock in other words more dilution in equity prices and more control of foreigners in US Banks.

New Home Sales are down 26.4% in 2007 which is the largest annual decline in 27 years in US history since 1980 when the sales plunged 23.1%

$260 Billion worth of Non-Performing Loans are tied up in the Residential Mortgage sector alone. Foreclosures in 2007 jumped 79% total 2.2 million homes received foreclosure notice last year as compared to 1.3 million in 2006.

As of Jan 30th FBI is investgating 14 for possible frauds & insider trading violations in connection with loans made to riskier borrowers and investment spun of like Debt Derivatives of those loans.

Besides Real Estate all kinds of non-performing Structured Investments are floating in the Market which can not be priced. It is very strange no one is raising their fingers on Rating agencies like Moody's and Standard & Poors how come they rated Derivatives & mortgage backed securities AAA Rated?

Bond insurer MBIA lost $2.3billion in 4th Qt. of 2007

Bristol-Myers Squibb Drug maker lost $275 million in 4th Qt on investments backed by subprime mortgages which is expected to grow to as much as $417 million.

To make matters worse Commodity prices have gone up by more than 10% in the first qt. of 2008 alone. In 3 years commodity prices has gone up by by more than 40% and Wheat, Corn, Soyabeen & Sugar are 28 yrs high rather all time high prices.

Huckabee rather than listening to his three times married National Campaign Chairman ultra liberal Ed Rollins listen to his own Christian preaching. Ed Rollins is the wonder kid of Reagan era who helped him for his re-election in 1984 to win 49 states. Then in 1992 same Ed betrayed the Republicans by joining Ross Perot to help Clinton to get elected to the White House without the popular votes. Then Ed wrote a scathing, expletive ridden book with negative and destructive commentary on Republican officials and Republicans across America. It has become a major puzzle why a conservative Mike Huckabee is in the company of a ultra radical Liberal with questionable loyalty and confused ideology? Why the conservative Republican’s have not reacted to this unholy alliance?

Media is scared to discuss Romney’s all round fair achievements as compared to others in the field. We in America tend to announce victory while still in the quarterfinal stage. The Democrats must understand it is the American Public not the Media who has to elect their President. Harvard Business & Law School Graduate turned Venture Capitalist with an eager eye for identifying future success. Most notable has been Romney’s investment in Staples, which had not yet opened its first office supply store. Founded a Venture Capital company Bain Capital in 1984 which owns companies like Staples & Marriott.

Organized successfully 2002 Winter Olympics at Salt Lake City , Utah . He was called in at the end of 1998 by Utah state leaders after scandals of bribery & projected shortfall of $397 million erupted in the Media. Romney accepted the position and asked Fraser Bullock, one of the 7 original partners of Bain Capital to become his chief operating officer. With Romney at the helm the games ended with a surplus of $56 million.

With Olympics success under his belt in 2002 Romney became the Governor of predominantly Liberal Democrat state Massachusetts on a platform of fiscal conservatism and promise to erase the state’s deficit. Romney is credited to provide Universal Health Care in Massachusetts and making it the only state in America to do so. This is the same state where in 1994 he lost Senate race to ultra liberal Ted Kennedy. He got close enough in pre election polls to give the ultra Liberal a scare. The final outcome was Kennedy’s closest race since his first election in 1962.

Gov Romney wasn’t able to accomplish all that he hoped & promised due to opposition from the overwhelmingly Democratic Legislature. For example, Romney discovered that collecting tolls on the Massachusetts Turnpike cost 30 cents for $1 collected, in part because the toll collectors Union contract, which gives the collectors an average $56,300.00 a year in wages plus $9,880.00 in benefits. The Massachusetts Legislature did not want to take the Union and lose a source of political patronage.

The fact that Massachusetts where only 13 percent of registered voters are Republican could elect Romney governor by a 5 point margin 50 vs. 45% for his Democratic opponent underscores his popularity among Republicans and Democrats alike. That makes Romney a true Leader acceptable to all.

Ann & Mitt Romney happily Married since March 21, 1969 and have successfully raised 5 sons Taggart, Matt, Josh, Benjamin & Craig and have 10 Grand Children. The family is never in news for wrong reasons. They are practicing Mormon.

Mitt is the son of 3 terms Michigan Governor George W Romney who was Chairman of American Motor Corp. Mitt was 7 when George took over the failing American Motors and introduced the concept of compact cars. George made it to the cover of Time in 1959 that described him as a “Broad-shouldered, Bible-quoting broth of a man who burns brightly with the fire of missionary zeal.”

Mitt was 15 when his father George became the Governor in a state in which no Republican had held the job in 14 years. Mitt worked the campaign switch board. At the “Romney for Governor” booths, shouting over a microphone and loudspeaker system, “You should vote for my father for Governor. He is truly a great person. You got to support him; he is going to make things better.”

In 1968 George unsuccessfully sought the Republican nomination for US President. Later on became Secretary of Housing and Urban Development under President Nixon. George died on July 26, 1995, at the age of 88. Shamelessly Clinton gave 140 Pardons in closing hours of his presidency which includes Full Pardon to fugitive Democrat Financier Marc rich. It was done on the Application of Rich’s ex-wife, a major contributor to Clinton Campaign and Clinton Library. Financier Democrat Rich was indicted in 1983 on charges of evading $48 million in Taxes, 51 counts of Tax frauds and having illegal oil deals with Iran during Hostage crisis. Rich had fled to Switzerland and had been living there for 17 years till President/Attorney Clinton released him from all Legal Jeopardy!

President Clinton also bailed out Indian Hotelier (hotels with slush money of Indian Federal Ministers) Sant Singh Chatwal from Indian authorities for Tax & Bank Frauds, from US IRS & New York City’s claim of $9 million in unpaid Taxes & $12 million claim of FDIC for unpaid Loans which was settled for $125,000.00. Another Indian Vinod Gupta of INFO USA who is being investigated by Iowa Attorney General for selling names of elderly Americans to known con Artists; flew Clinton’s to a vacation in Acapulco on his company Jet paid more than $2 million in consulting Fees to Bill Clinton and also gave $1 million to his Foundation. Both Gupta & Chatwal are on the Board of Clinton Foundation.

Then a frequent travel companion and long time fundraiser of Clintons & NY Senator Chuck Schumer with Indian Passport Dr P Singh Sabharwal of SAAB group is absconding to India. Home Land Security & Justice Dept. in USA is looking for him for serious Mortgage/financial, Bank, Identity and other Frauds. Like his good friend Sant Chatwal; Dr Sabharwal was also bailed out from the clutches of Indian authorities chasing him for financial frauds by Clintons which opened the way for Dr Sabharwal to re-enter India after more than a decade.

Bill Clinton during Monica Lewinsky trial tried to obstruct justice and lied under oath. President Clinton said he had not violated the sixth commandment. But whose sixth commandment? To Roman Catholics and Lutherans, it is the No-Adultery Commandment. But to Jews and Members of Orthodox and Reformed Churches, Clinton was saying, “He hadn’t murdered or killed respectively.” What punishment Clinton got? Just a slap on the wrist; his License to Practice Law was suspended! After that also Ex-Attorney/President Clinton was very defiant in an interview and said, “if the sex is not consummated, it is not sex.” That is the reason I made the statement (under oath), “I never had sex with that (Jewish) woman (Monica Lewinsky). For 8 years in White House she was running her own Agenda; plotting & scheming to get filthy rich by arranging Pardons to fugitives like Marc Rich, helping criminals like Norman Hsu, Sant Chatwal, Dr sabharwal, quasi-criminals like Vinod Gupta and by writing her memoirs full of lies that too in violation of Time Rules for such memoirs. Till Nov 3rd, 2006 Hillary was happy, “to be a New York Senator and collected more than $51 million for her re-election to US Senate. After winning her election she came up with a statement that she had spent $37.5 million (on cats & dogs of her supporters) on a non-existent challenger and now she wants to be the President of America!

If any one recalls what the Founding Father of this nation Hon. George Washington said in his farewell address on Sep. 17, 1796 to both houses of Congress, "Of all dispositions and habits which lead to political prosperity, religion and morality are indispensable supports. Where is the security of property, for reputation, for life, if the sense of religious obligation deserts?"

Do you think the founder of Democrat Party Hon. George Washington will ever vote for Hillary Clinton for even Party Nomination leave aside to be the President of America?

(AP) A federal grand jury on Tuesday indicted Norman Hsu, a top Democratic fundraiser and former fugitive accused of cheating investors of at least $20 million and using some of the money to make illegal donations to political candidates including Hillary Rodham Clinton

In the 15-count indictment returned in U.S. District Court in Manhattan, the government accused the 56-year-old clothing-industry entrepreneur of duping investors nationwide with a massive Ponzi scheme.

The government said Hsu also violated federal campaign finance laws by making contributions to various political candidates in the names of others. A message left with a lawyer for Hsu was not immediately returned.

Federal prosecutors said Hsu hoped his lavish campaign contributions would help draw money to his scheme by raising his public profile. To achieve his aims, prosecutors said, Hsu pressured many of his victims to contribute thousands of dollars to various candidates for president and Congress.

Hsu was once a valued supporter of Clinton, raising more than $1.2 million for her and other Democratic candidates in recent years. He turned into a scandal when it was revealed he had been hiding from the law in plain sight.

He had been wanted in California since 1992, when he fled after pleading no contest to grand theft charges in a fraudulent clothing import business. He posted $2 million bail in August, and his lawyer said his fugitive status was just a misunderstanding. But Hsu missed a court date Sept. 5, fled by train and was arrested at a Colorado hospital after attempting suicide.

Hsu's work on Clinton's behalf has been an embarrassment for her presidential campaign, which has returned more than $800,000 to donors whose contributions were linked to him.

The indictment said Hsu from 2000 through August 2007 convinced his victims to invest at least $60 million in companies that supposedly extended short-term financing to businesses.

It said Hsu used the money instead to further his fraudulent aims, sometimes paying the large interest gains he had promised to those who had invested earliest in the scheme. Prosecutors said he eventually cheated the investors out of at least $20 million.

The government said he broke election laws by reimbursing donors to federal candidates in 2005, 2006 and 2007. The indictment said Hsu asked individuals to make contributions totaling more than $25,000 to designated federal candidates and then reimbursed them from his fraud proceeds. Federal election law requires that donors give their own money, for which they cannot be repaid; in addition, an individual can only give up to $25,000 in total contributions to federal candidates in a calendar year.

U.S. Attorney Michael Garcia has said there was no evidence that the campaigns were aware of the scheme or acted criminally. He said the Clinton campaign was cooperating with the investigation.

Hsu faces six counts of mail fraud, six counts of wire fraud and three counts of violating the Federal Election Campaign Act.

If convicted, he faces a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison on each of the mail and wire fraud charges, and five years on each of the federal campaign finance charges. He also could face millions of dollars in fines.

Hsu is in custody in California on unrelated charges and was expected to appear in federal court in Manhattan in several weeks, prosecutors said.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Democratic presidential hopeful Sen. Hillary Clinton is returning about $850,000 in campaign contributions from a fundraiser who was arrested last week after trying to escape sentencing on a decade-old criminal charge, the campaign said on Monday.

"In light of recent events and allegations that Mr. Norman Hsu engaged in an illegal investment scheme, we have decided out of an abundance of caution to return the money he raised for our campaign," spokesman Howard Wolfson said in a statement.

The campaign is refunding about $850,000 to some 260 donors this week, Wolfson said.
The Washington Post characterized the refund as one of the largest in political history.
Hsu was convicted of fraud in 1992. He had evaded authorities for years, spending time in Asia before emerging in recent years in the United States as a generous donor to Democrats, including Clinton presidential rival Sen. Barack Obama of Illinois .

FBI agents arrested Hsu on federal charges of unlawful flight on Thursday evening at a Grand Junction , Colorado , hospital. He had failed to appear at a hearing in California on Wednesday.
"Hsu donated to numerous charities and more than two dozen candidates and committees. Despite conducting a thorough review of public records, our campaign, like these others, were unaware of Mr. Hsu's decade-plus-old warrant," Wolfson said.

Wolfson said the campaign was tightening its vetting procedures for fundraisers who solicit donations, including criminal background checks, to guard "against this type of situation in the future."

California Attorney General Jerry Brown's office said last week that Hsu would be returned to the state to face sentencing for his conviction arising from a business scheme that bilked about 20 investors of approximately $1 million.

Sant Singh Chatwal, an Indian American businessman, has helped raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton's campaigns, even as he battled governments on two continents to escape bankruptcy and millions of dollars in tax liens.

The founder of the Bombay Palace restaurant chain, Chatwal is one of a growing number of fundraisers in the 2008 presidential campaign whose backgrounds have prompted questions about how much screening the candidates devote to their "bundlers" while they press to raise record amounts.

Chatwal's case reached from his native India to New York City. The IRS pursued him for approximately $4 million in unpaid business taxes, while New York state placed a lien seeking more than $5 million in taxes. He forfeited a building to New York City on which he was delinquent on property taxes and was sued by federal regulators seeking to recoup millions of dollars in loans from a failed bank where he served as a director.

Across the ocean, three Indian banks forced him into U.S. bankruptcy, and he was charged with bank fraud. He was out on bond when he showed up in India in 2001 during a visit by his longtime friend Bill Clinton.

Yet none of the legal and financial woes -- occasionally touched on in American or Indian newspapers or highlighted by political opponents -- raised red flags inside Hillary Clinton's fundraising operation. Chatwal recently said he plans to help raise $5 million from Indian Americans for Clinton 's presidential bid.

Asked whether anything in Chatwal's background caused concerns about his activities on behalf of the campaign, Clinton spokesman Phil Singer answered, "No." He declined last week to be more specific, saying only that major fundraisers are routinely vetted "through publicly available records."

Rajen Anand, a longtime friend of Chatwal and another Clinton fundraiser, said the campaign encourages strict vetting for fundraisers. "They advise me to be very careful not to associate the campaign with people where there is something wrong," he said.

Anand said, however, that Chatwal may have slid through any vetting, no matter how vigorous, because of his longtime friendship with the Clintons . The Clintons maintained a close association with Chatwal; both attended one of his sons' weddings in 2002, and the former president attended another son's wedding in 2006.

While Chatwal raised money for Hillary Clinton's Senate and presidential campaigns and Bill Clinton's charitable efforts, he settled the regulatory and tax cases one by one, mostly by working out plans to pay portions of the debts. He resolved the last of them this spring.

"The man came to this country, accumulated an empire, lost it during the time of real estate [softness], and has struggled and worked to try to pay off his debts," said A. Mitchell Greene, Chatwal's lawyer for 25 years. "It has been a long battle, but he has cleared up all of his obligations, and in the process he is trying to accumulate his wealth again."

Ordinarily, campaigns have their legal, finance or research staffs run the names of major fundraisers -- also called "bundlers" because they deliver checks to candidates in bunches -- through public records such as newspaper clips, court filings and government databases to identify problems. Some controversies still slip through.

Former senator John Edwards (D-N.C.) faced such questions last week when federal prosecutors in Michigan indicted Geoffrey Fieger, the lawyer famous for defending assisted-suicide advocate Jack Kevorkian, accusing him of channeling $127,000 in illegal contributions into Edwards's 2004 presidential campaign. Edwards's aides said, and prosecutors confirmed, that the activity was concealed from Edwards and that the candidate cooperated once he learned of problems.

Similarly, Sen. Barack Obama (D-Ill.) gave to charity more than $30,000 in donations from Illinois fundraiser Antoin "Tony" Rezko and his associates after Rezko was indicted in a federal corruption case. "We do our best to go through the hundreds of thousands of people who give to make sure there aren't problems," Obama spokesman Bill Burton said. "I wouldn't say it's a perfect process, but we are as vigilant as possible."

On Friday, another major 2008 Clinton fundraiser generated fresh headlines: Norman Hsu surrendered to authorities in San Mateo, Calif., on an outstanding warrant in a 15-year-old California criminal case involving allegations of grand theft. A judge ordered him held on $2 million bail until a hearing next week. On Wednesday, Clinton 's campaign gave to charity $23,000 in donations from Hsu himself, though not the $96,000 or more he had raised for the candidate.

The Clinton campaign relied on the businessman to raise money and said it had no way of knowing about the warrant, which was not listed in publicly accessible records.

Chatwal, after making his millions in the restaurant business, saw his fortunes sour when he began dabbling in New York real estate just as the market softened.

He was forced into bankruptcy in 1995 by three Indian banks that claimed he owed them millions from business loans. During the 1990s, the IRS and New York City and state tax authorities also pursued liens, and Chatwal worked out deals to pay them back. When the rents from one apartment building he bought no longer covered the real estate taxes, Chatwal turned over the building to New York City to resolve a reported $2 million tax lien, his lawyer said.

In 1997, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. sued Chatwal over his role as a director and a guarantor of unpaid loans at the failed First New York Bank for Business. The government alleged that his loans had "resulted in losses to the bank in excess of $12 million," and it questioned his claims that he could not repay the debts.

The regulators also questioned why Chatwal continued to rent a spacious penthouse apartment in New York in the midst of his financial turmoil. "The debtor has managed to continue living in luxurious style in the same penthouse apartment he resided in at a time he claimed a net worth of tens of millions of dollars without adequate explanation of how his family's limited income is able to support such a lifestyle," the government said in a 1997 filing.

In September 2000, Chatwal hosted a half-million dollar fundraiser at that Upper East Side penthouse for Hillary Clinton's Senate campaign. A few months later the FDIC abruptly settled the case, agreeing on Dec. 18, 2000, to let Chatwal pay $125,000 for the loans that it had said caused at least $12 million in losses. Greene, Chatwal's lawyer, said he believed that the actual losses caused by the loans were smaller but agreed that the bankruptcy resulted in a much smaller settlement. "He fully intended to pay the bank until the Indian banks involuntarily forced him into bankruptcy," Greene said.

The lawyer also said there was nothing wrong with Chatwal raising political money even as he worked to clear up the legal and financial matters. "I see no reason why an individual cannot support a political campaign in which he believes," Greene said.

Just as Chatwal's U.S. cases were being resolved, Indian authorities in December 2000 charged him with bank fraud. On April 30, 2001, he appeared in a Mumbai court and posted a $32,000 bond, according to court officials there. Chatwal was not under travel restrictions, though, and he went back to New York .

He returned to India a month later and made headlines in Indian newspapers by appearing with Bill Clinton during a visit with earthquake victims. The trip was underwritten by the American India Foundation, where Chatwal's son was a board member. Aides to the former president said Chatwal was one of about 100 members of the Clinton delegation. Eventually, Indian authorities "discharged" Chatwal from the bank case and closed the matter, Greene said.

Chatwal's allegiance to the Clintons never wavered. Earlier this year, he promised to raise $5 million for Hillary Clinton's 2008 presidential bid, creating a group called Indian Americans for Hillary 2008. Donors who gathered at least $25,000 were promised a "private VIP meeting" with the candidate, fundraising letters show.

Installed another paramour a Green Mailer from Indian community Rajesh "Rojer" Chug as Dy Governor who had all kinds of fundraising abilities, selling building permits as well as arranging the company of minors for his boss/paramour. Then McGreevy squandered $22 billions in School Construction and put the state in a deep hole by over $100 billions in debt. Both McGreevy and Chugh were never prosecuted by the minority Democrat Jewish Rulers of New Jersey rather Chugh has become a frequent Globe trotting flier and Jim has been rewarded to teach "ETHICS" at Kean University!

Shamelessly Clinton gave 140 Pardons in closing hours of his presidency which includes Full Pardon to fugitive Democrat Financier Marc Rich. It was done on the application of Rich's ex-wife, a major contributor to Clinton Campaign and the Clinton Library. Democrat Rich a financier was indicted in 1983 on charges of evading $48 million in Taxes, 51 counts of Tax Fraud and having illegal oil deals with Iran during hostage crisis. Rich had fled to Switzerland and had been living there for 17 years till President/Attorney Clinton released him from all Legal Jeopardy. Very few people knows it, Lewis "Scooter" Libby was the attorney who represented fugitive Marc Rich later pardoned by Clinton. Patrick Fitzgerald, Libby's present prosecutor, was part of the prosecution team in the Rich case. May be it is time for Patrick to settle scores?

After winning her re-election came a statement from her she spends $37.5 million on a non-existent challenger and now she wants to be the President of America! Bill on the other hand during Monica Lewinsky trial tried to obstruct justice and lied under oath. President Clinton said he had not violated the sixth commandment. But whose sixth commandment? To Roman Catholics and Lutherans, it is the No-Adultery Commandment. But to Jews and Members of Orthodox and Reformed Churches, Clinton was saying, "He hadn't murdered or killed respectively. What punishment Clinton got? He lost his license to Practice Law! After that also Ex-Attorney Clinton was very defiant in an interview and said, "If the sex is not consummated, it is not sex. That is the reason I made a statement, "I never had sex with that (Jewish?) woman Monica Lewinsky!

Although I am not an attorney but I am at loss to understand, "how can Libby be guilty of obstruction of justice when there is no underlying crime? It was some one else who disclosed the identity of CIA covert agent Valerie Palme Wilson. I am not a big fan of Bush or Chenny or Libby or the tail waggling Democrat Republicans of New Jersey living off the crumbs thrown to them by Democrats, "Do you think it is equal Justice?"

Dear George, Thanks for the advise. I believe charity starts from home and more over I don't believe in Selective Enforcement of Law and in the Law breakers. Same way I can not be selective in exposing criminals, quasi-criminals and political goons. I have been criticizing Minority Jewish Rulers of New Jersey so what makes you think I will not criticize individuals from my own community who are involved in questionable deals and have dubious back ground with questionable credentials?

These few rich brain wreck with shady backgrounds and few lunatic swindlers controlling all the religious, cultural, media and business organizations from my community who thinks, "Getting Photographed with Local Politicians is called Politics & service to the community, must understand this can not continue forever."

Common wisdom says it is only legal if it is ethical but unfortunately Attorneys in America has changed it to, "Since it is legal so it is ethical." They are ruining America and time has come to bring sanity, morality and ethics back in Politics and in our Judicial system, where a political thug Corzine cannot install a Rabner in Supreme Court to sell the assets of New Jersey or a Christie Whitman can not install a Deborah Poritz in Supreme Court who can render a judgment that Politicians can borrow any amount and they don't need the permission of the voters by putting it on ballot paper.

We live in such a culture of celebrity, unless celebrities say it, you can't get the message out. We are in cultural, ethical and moral crisis that has made misuse of Public Offices by Elected & Appointed individuals not only tolerable, acceptable, glamorous but marketable.

Unfortunately we don't have George Washington or Abraham Lincoln or Mahatama Gandhi or Martin Luther King or Dr. Ambedkar to tell us what we are doing is morally and ethically dead wrong by supporting individuals for Public Offices with questionable credentials and dubious past.

Trust me George, we Americans are not yet ready to install criminals in the White House. That is some thing else some individuals have committed crimes after entering White House.

The people who are very close to me can tell you I have never lost a Election bet since 1977 whether for India or UK or USA. Hillary Clinton can never become President of USA, so stop living in Fool's Paradise. Stop others also for whom you care not to believe in this kind of lies.

If the Manmohan Singh Gov in India is also thinking what you are saying they will fall flat on their faces in heap of garbage. INDIANS HAVE FORGOTTEN THE ART OF “GIVING”

It is very pathetic that we have completely forgotten the art of “Giving”. Every one of us wants to give money to those organizations with track record of stealing & mismanaging public funds just to get cheap publicity. People of our community especially in America brag about adopting a child whom they will never see or meet and giving money to known questionable characters for holding Circuses like India Day Parade, Gujarat Chalo, Akali BJP victory celebration etc. When you ask them “your entire family including distant relatives must be very rich in India, is that the reason you are throwing money for unworthy causes?” They have no answer. The truth is if they help their own relatives to bring up their standard of living at par to their own it will not be published in any news paper! If they help less fortunate from their own community living in USA, this will also be not published in any newspapers. A Sudhir Parikh can bribe Indian government official’s couple of hundred thousand dollars to get nonsense Pravasi Bhartiya Award and can pay thousands to any Tom Dick Harry to be seen on the Dias of every event in the town. That is besides the point he can not speak one line in any language and will never give a penny to any one in distress from the community.

Coming to Multi Million Dollar Circuses like India Day Parade, Gujarat Chalo, International Hindi Diwas, honoring corrupt Politicians from India under the Banner of overseas friend of Congress, BJP, Akalidal and latest is Mayawati’s Bhaujan Samaj Party; have we ever thought what good it is providing to the less fortunate in our community living in USA? These organizers can not raise the issue of community members brutalized by Police under racial bias that too after being handcuffed. They can not raise thee issue of a woman scientist murdered at a high security water treatment plant in New Jersey. They can not raise the issue why Indians were called cockroaches, animals, illiterates and illegal go home by Racist Police Union.

We have spent more than $7 Billion on Temples & Gurudwaras in USA with perpetual Presidents & Managing committees where a 4 yr old and a 7 yr old can not be provided a roof on their heads. A 23 yr old Medical student can be told by a Hardyal Singh defecto owner of Dashmesh Durbar; since she is Gujarati her leaders must come for a meeting with his members, then his members will have their own meeting whether she can be provided any help. Most pathetic is our Gurudwaras are for Lubhanas, Paphey, Ramgarias same is Temples are for Arya Samaji’s, South Indians, Gujaratis or Bengalis etc. none of them are for Hindus or any human being who wants to believe in them.

If we don’t want to understand Srimad Bhagwat Geeta or Ramayan or Sri Gurugranth Sahib or The Bible or the Holy Kuran, can we learn something from humans like Rockefeller, Carnegie, Bill Gates, Warren Buffett to start Scholarships for the less fortunate students, homes for senior citizens, home for youth with personal problems and homes for battered women to start with for our own community living in America. Later on expanding these facilities to all Americans. We must educate our people that charity starts from home, adopt a child or a family among your own relatives in USA or India and try to bring their standard of living matching to your own life style.

Democrats famous for their propaganda machine and their hold on main stream media like CNN wants the public to believe 8 is bigger than 79. In 1992 President Bill Clinton thru his below average Attorney General Janet Reno fired 79 US Attorneys citing these are Political Post appointed by US President and serve at the pleasure of US President.

According to Democrat Controlled main stream media CNN “Mediocre Alberto Gonzalez” the current Attorney General has fired 8 US Attorneys because some of them were soft on Corruption by Democrats and were pursuing bulk of immigration cases. This is absolutely true. Senator Hillary Clinton & Chuck Schumer most vocal with some other cheap popularity crazy Democrats with no memory wants Gonzalez to resign and the cheap media is supporting them whole heartedly. By the way where was Hillary, Schumer, their likes and CNN when Janet Reno fired 79 US Attorneys in 1992?

Cheap Media like CNN who is labeling Gonzalez as mediocre where were they when the entire team of President Clinton except Treasury Secretary Alan Greenspan was just average intelligence not even mediocre? Especially Medalin Albright his Secretary of State was the worst ever appointed Secretary of State in the history of America. President Clinton, Senator Hillary Clinton & Chuck Schumer can explain you why she was appointed to this post to appease a certain section of rich voters! It was the bad just average intelligence team which brought 911 and forced US involvement in Iraq to fight terrorist on their own home turf. I am not a great fan of President Bush but I have to support the truth. The truth is he is cleaning up the mess created by average intelligence team who took no action on “terrorism for 8 years.” A person who is taking action is bound to make some mistakes. A person who is not willing to take action how he can make any mistake? Democrats are wasting Tax payer’s money by raising idiotic issues.

The present ruckus by Democrats is unwarranted, uncalled for & highly unethical and is a grand scheme to scare some US Attorney like Christopher Christie who is trying to clean up the world’s most corrupt state New Jersey. Since his appointment he has sent more than 100 officials’ Democrat and Republicans alike to Jail for corruption. Recently New Jersey is again in the news for creating a history for being the first state in America where practically every key official including Governor Jon Corrine has received Grand Jury Subpoenas from US Attorney Christie’s office, probing massive legalized corruption in New Jersey. That is another question that this state is primarily a Democrat state under the firm control of Democrats including their centuries old perpetual control over the largest unreported income from crime in the city of Newark which also receive the largest Federal Aid of over $1.4 billion and the largest state aid of little over a $1.00 billion. You still think 8 is bigger than 79?

Yes 8 is bigger than 79 and Democrats are right this time as per Hindu Numerology. How? To solve this question, in Hindu Numerology if there are two numbers we add them to get a single digit and the process is repeated till you have a single digit. Add 7 & 9 the answer is 16 then add 1 & 6 the answer is 7. Certainly 7 is smaller then 8 and Democrats have all the rights to make noise how come Gonzalez a mediocre beat our just average Janet Reno in firing more US Attorneys. Then how dare some one can compare performance of our handsome, dashing best orator of the 21 century womanizer President Bill Clinton who cam lie under oath with worn out, exhausted President George Bush who can hardly speak one line without stumbling.

Statement to Gov. Corzine's Blue Ribbon Advisary Panel on Immigration

(Dec. 10th & 13, 2007)

I refuse to call a human life a creation of Almighty God, “Illegal”. Every human being has been created by God equal in respect & equal in dignity. The problem of undocumented residents is the creation of our politicians from both Parties. Along with them public is equally divided. On one side of the aisle we have people who want to haul up every UR beat them up, put in Jail and deport them. They are forgetting it cost $40,000.00 to deport 1 person and some countries like China, Korea etc do not cooperate at all in providing Travel Document or Passport for the person to be deported. As per Geneva Convention that is must in order to deport some one. Deporting those who can get TD or PSPRT is selective enforcement of law and in direct violation of the principals for which America stands; Equality & Liberty to all.

Then on the other side of the Aisle they want to give Blanket Amnesty tomorrow; they are also dead wrong. We cannot reward people for breaking our laws. Give them a way to Citizenship with some restrictions/conditions on every member of the household not only on the head of the household like they must earn a certain amount in their Social Security & Medicare Account (elderly & with medical disability exempted) before they are eligible for citizenship, must learn English in 6 to 12 months depending on age, not allowed to sponsor any member of their family to even visit USA under any category for 10 years. These laws the Congress must make with a stipulation that no court can interfere including the organizations like Americans For Criminal Liberties.

Before we start any Amnesty Prog. Boarders must be sealed and any one caught must be deported without any legal proceedings. Any one over staying after entering legally must be traced and deported along with punishment to those who have aided and encouraged some one to do that. The extensions & change in VISA status should be made legally impossible with exception to medical emergencies & human hardship. For 1 years there should be a complete ban on Political Asylums before American Public approves new Rules on ballot because Attorneys are misusing this provision on a very large scale e.g. India has a Sikh Prime Minister and they are one of the richest community still they want entry in US under Political Asylum,

New Jerseyan’s should not forget when Clinton became President there were 2.3 million undocumented residents and when he left the official figure rose to over 11 million. Current official figure is 15 million whereas in reality this figure is 20-30 million which include people who came legally but does not want to go back. In 2006 to get the control of Congress & Senate, Democrats like political racketeer Bob Mendez favored blanket amnesty for undocumented aliens. Now it is 1 year but no solution by the Democrats.

The American public has to find a human solution to this complex human problem involving more than 20 million human lives. We are famous around the world for our charitable donations of over $140 billion besides our government’s $40-45 billion every year purely for humanitarian causes. Then why we are depending on our Politicians to do some thing right in the name of God for which this country stands for.
